New to Yoga?
Some tips and information for new students:
The practice of yoga will not only change your body and mind, it will change your life. You will learn new ways to strengthen your mental focus, create emotional and physical balance, and live more mindfully in each moment. Now is the time to begin. Most of our classes are suitable for beginners. See our Class Descriptions page for more information. If you have health related issues you may want to start with a private yoga therapy session first.
Our class sizes are limited to promote individual instruction. Please Register Online prior to attending a class. When you arrive at the studio, you can speak with your instructor about which class package is right for you.
Click here to see our different class pass options. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.
Please arrive a few minutes early to your first class to get acquainted with the space and with your instructor. Let your instructor know if you have any medical conditions, injuries or are pregnant.
The studio doors will be open 15 minutes before each class and closed 5 minutes after class starts.
Parking is available in the lot behind the Andrew Jackson Bridal building. There is a back entrance to the studio.
You may bring your own mat and props if you'd like, but we also have mats and props available for student use.
There are two bathrooms available for student use.
Please turn off all electronic devices while you are here, unless you are an on-call provider (please let your teacher know if this is the case), and enjoy the digital detox, it’s priceless!
Feel free to browse our Retail Lounge before and after class starts. Any of our teachers would be happy to assist you in the purchase of our local and small business sourced items.
Contact us if you have questions. We look forward to seeing you soon on the mat!
