Welcome to Yoga East Healing Arts Studio & School. Our mission is to share the ancient Wisdom and Teachings of Yoga, Meditation, and Holistic Healing Modalities to promote greater Health and Wellness to the Community we serve. Our intention is to offer these teachings in a way that honors diversity, encourages Community, and empowers every individual’s Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual well-Being. We are proud to be part of the historic downtown Cape Girardeau small business community located at 835 Broadway Suite 100, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

The JFMWF is a fund raising non profit to fund outreach,trainings, and workshops for yoga, yoga therapy, and meditation in the greater Cape Girardeau area for those whom might not otherwise be able to afford holistic services
Our Yoga teachers have years of teaching experience and are passionate about the practice of Yoga. We offer ongoing group Yoga classes and Private Yoga Therapy sessions with emphasis on Mind/Body health and wellness. If you an experienced Yogi and are interested in becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor we offer a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification Program and if you're a current 200 Hour Yoga Teacher interested in an Advanced Certification program or continuing education hours (CEUs) we offer a 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program, as well as an ONLINE ONLY 300 Hour Foundations of Yoga Therapy Program (IAYT-Q), workshops throughout the year. All of our yoga teacher training programs are Yoga Alliance approved.
This 6 month Transformative program is intended for Meditation practitioners as well as social service providers who desire to incorporate Eastern and/or Western Meditation practices and tools. Providers include but are not limited to: nurses, therapists, counselors, social workers, teachers, clergy, forensic workers, emergency personnel, yoga teachers, massage therapists and more.
